He was down-to-earth, responded promptly to any questions or concerns we had, and very professional in dealing with us and other parties. When necessary, he set up appointments to our schedule; and provided necessary documentation requiring our signatures in a timely manner. First of all Christopher Caballero went above and beyond what I thought a real estate agent does. He handled repairs, upgrades and payments for pool services. He earned my trust before I even signed with him! He is honest , kind ! And has integrity !. Always professional even when I couldn't be. There were issues with a neighbor and He did whatever it took to help me sell my aunts house. He is now my personal Realtor for life. I will recommend him to anyone who will listen. Christopher Caballero was an answer to a prayer due to the unexpected passing of a family member that left a home in probate. Due to a long illness, the family member was not able to maintain the upkeep on the home, leaving it in ill repair. Christopher guided us through the sell process and made repair suggestions to get top dollar for the home. If we were not able to do the repairs ourselves, Christopher was an unbelievable source for processional services. We used his resource list for painters, cleaners, landscapers, and A/C tech, at prices I could not match. Without Christopher's local marketing, probate knowledge, eye for details we could not sold the home for the top dollar it did. We recommend him highly.
